About us

PKL Management LLC is a regional building company headquartered in Providence Rhode Island. We specialize in constructing residential, mixed use and multifamily properties throughout the Northeast. Community, Quality and Safety are core to PKL Management’s mission.

In 2019 Kent Lorenz founded PKL Management to construct projects for an affiliate development company PKL Ventures LLC. Prior to founding PKL Management, Kent worked as the Director of Finance at A/Z Corporation. Kent earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
